All products on the website are subject to availability. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. Canvasjet cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
As the property of the artist or gallery, artworks may occasionally be unavailable for immediate delivery (when on temporary loan to an exhibition, for example). If there are any items on your order which are not immediately available you will not be charged for them until they are despatched. You will be advised by e-mail (or telephone if you do not have an e-mail address) if we are unable to complete your order. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfil your order.
In rare instances, during the interval between the display of an artwork on our website and your decision to purchase the artwork, the piece may have been sold by the contributing artist or gallery.

While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Title to any products you order on this website, and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.
All prices exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

For security reasons, Canvasjet online purchases will require a signature by an adult aged over 18 upon delivery.
Canvasjet regrets that at present delivery is only available to customers in mainland U.K. and Northern Ireland.
Canvasjet does not ship orders to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.
Delivery charges are specified when you place an order.
Please allow one to two business days for order processing unless expressly stated otherwise, in addition to the delivery service time.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays.
All purchases are delivered by a reputable worldwide express courier firm.
Canvasjet aims to despatch your artwork within 10 working days or less.
Canvasjet will keep you updated on the status of your order by regular email communication.
Canvasjet regrets it cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delays.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you at time of purchase with a full description of goods and order details. Additionally an email is sent to you to confirm your purchase has been despatched. All transaction receipts are available to view and print from the website. You are only charged for goods once the items ordered have been despatched.

Refunds will only be issued in the same form as payment. Full-priced goods must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery; however, sale goods must be returned within 15 days of delivery. You are responsible for any return delivery charges; any delivery charges already paid are non-refundable.
Instructions for returning goods are included with each delivery or on the website. A prompt refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of your written notice of cancellation. We will send you an email notification once the return has been processed.
In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
