Henri De Toulouse Lautrec was born on the 9th of February 1864 in Paris, France. He was a member of an aristocratic family. Toulouse-Lautrec was not able to participate in many of the activities that his age peers enjoyed, so he spent more time involved in art. He became a successful painter and graphic artist during Gilded Age Paris.
